Club Prophet runs two platforms. Signature, the new name for its legacy system, is an on-premise, fully customizable solution. Cloud is a second platform brought into the Club Prophet family and already in use at hundreds of courses (Club Prophet blog, 12 January 2026). The company was founded in 1993 in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, reports more than 1,700 golf facilities in 16 countries, and has been part of Fullsteam since 2022 (NGF). Its integrations page lists QuickBooks and Sage among its partners (Club Prophet integrations), and it announced a tee-time distribution partnership with GolfNow in December 2024 (The Golf Wire).
Club Prophet has no public price; it is quoted after a sales call (checked 28 September 2026). Its Cloud FAQ says pricing varies with course size and feature needs. The one published figure we found is a public contract from 2018: the City of Chattanooga approved Club Prophet POS and tee-time reservations for its city courses at up to $13,000 a year, plus up to $1,500 once for travel, training and setup (City of Chattanooga Resolution No. 29431). It covers the POS and the tee sheet only.
Links Meridian puts the whole operation on one database. The tee sheet and online booking are on every tier, and member billing with house accounts and statements starts at Standard, $299 a month. From Professional at $749, the same system adds the pro shop POS with gift cards and inventory, the F&B POS with floor plans and a kitchen display, card readers at the till, member prices applied at the register, tournaments, a double-entry ledger with AP and AR, and a sales tax report by jurisdiction. A round, a burger and a dues charge land on the same member record, so there is no second restaurant POS to reconcile.

On Professional, Links Meridian connects to your QuickBooks Online company, maps its ledger to your chart of accounts, and sends the day's trading every night at the hour you pick, or whenever you press Sync now, either as one balanced summary journal per day or as individual invoices, bills and payments. Data migration is free on every plan, and Club Prophet stays live until you sign off.
