Golf club management software for Australian clubs

Links Meridian is the all-in-one platform Australian golf clubs use to run the tee sheet, members, POS, accounting and the member app from one login. Built to be genuinely global, priced in AUD, and tuned to a southern-hemisphere season and the member-owned club tradition.

Australian golf clubs run on a different calendar to the rest of the world. The season runs through the southern summer, with peak demand on weekend mornings and weekday afternoons. Member-owned clubs dominate the private landscape, with a strong members' tradition and a regulatory environment that takes data privacy seriously. Most platforms clubs run on were built for the northern hemisphere and never quite fit.

Links Meridian puts the whole operation in one place. The visual tee sheet, a POS for pro shop and F&B, full GL, AP and AR, marketing and the Digital Clubhouse member app, all on one login and one bill. AUD is the base currency and GST is handled at 10% inclusive or exclusive, with Xero export as the Australian default. Member-owned governance with committees, captains and members' meetings runs as a primary workflow.

The Digital Clubhouse keeps members engaged through the southern summer and into the off-season. They log in to see Course Records, the Honours Board, season standings and a real club feed. Course conditions and maintenance windows post in real time, and tournament results post to the Honours Board automatically. Australian Privacy Principles compliance is built in.

Why it matters

The outcome for your club

One platform, not five

Tee sheet, member CRM, POS, accounting, marketing and tournaments in a single AUD-native system. One login, one bill, and data that connects instead of an overseas tee sheet bolted to separate tools.

Built for member-owned clubs

Committees, captains, members' meetings and traditional governance run as primary workflows, not afterthoughts bolted onto a daily-fee system.

A member app they'll actually open

The Digital Clubhouse brings booking, Course Records, the Honours Board, season standings and a club feed into one place, with results and course conditions posted in real time.

Pennant and members' competitions

Tournament management for the formats Australian clubs run: pennant team matches, members' singles and pairs, scratch and handicap events, and Stableford.

AUD and GST 10%

AUD base currency, GST at 10% in inclusive or exclusive display, and Xero export as the Australian default for your accountant.

GA (GolfLink) handicap sync built in

World Handicap System scoring is built in for competitions and casual play, with Golf Australia (GolfLink) index sync so qualifying scores post to the handicap record and member indexes stay current.

Questions

Common questions

How much does it cost?

Pricing is published, with plans from $79 per month billed annually and everything in the tier included, no per-module fees. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required, and the trial does not start until you go live, so migration never eats into your evaluation.

Does the platform support Xero, the Australian default?

Yes. Xero export runs on a schedule you set, with daily, weekly or monthly journal entries posted automatically. Everything is reconciled before export, so nothing has to be re-categorised on the Xero side.

How does GST work?

GST is handled at the standard 10% rate in inclusive or exclusive display. GST lines post automatically on every transaction, and reports format for your accountant the way Australian operators expect.

Can we run pennant matches and members' competitions?

Yes. Tournament management supports the formats Australian clubs run, including pennant team matches, members' singles and pairs, scratch and handicap events, and Stableford competitions.

What about Australian Privacy Principles?

APP compliance is built in, including data subject rights, retention and notifiable data breach scheme handling. The Privacy Policy includes the disclosures Australian operators need.

Is support available in Australian time zones?

Phone support during business hours is included on Professional and above, with Asia-Pacific coverage on Enterprise and Portfolio. The Portfolio tier includes a dedicated CSM.
