Charter Club Pricing
These prices are deliberately set while we onboard our first wave of Charter Clubs. Sign on now and your rate is held for at least 24 months, even as we add features, raise prices for new customers, and grow the platform around you.
No countdown, no expiring offer. The price will rise as the company matures. Clubs that join early keep what they joined for, with at most a 20% adjustment after the lock period and 90 days written notice before any change.
Charter Clubs also never pay a Links Meridian fee on payments taken through the platform. Only the card processor's own rate, for as long as you stay. That is not an introductory rate, and it is written into our terms.

Compare the Whole Bill, Not the Headline
The established UK systems quote rather than publish, and price by module. The software fee is only part of what a club pays: card fees, a separate accounts package, the member app and, on some systems, tee times given away. Here is the whole bill for a full-size members' club, with a source beside every figure.
BRS Golf
Paid for in tee times
Clubs report the core software free in exchange for one tee time a day to GolfNow Hot Deals. One club put that at about £12,000 a year in green fees. Paid tiers are quoted after a sales call.

- BRS Payments: 2.9% + 5p a domestic card, plus 2% on international cards. On £550,000 of card takings the percentage alone is £15,950, against £8,250 at 1.5%.

Clubs reported £600 a year for the entry tier and £230 a month (£2,760 a year) as modules are added. In 2016 a Club Systems bill with the membership and till modules ran to £2,600 to £3,000 a year.

£5,388 a year, or £549 month to month. Charter Clubs hold their rate for 24 months. Free data migration.

- Nothing else for the core operation: tee sheet, competitions with WHS handicaps, bar and pro shop tills, F&B with a kitchen display, a double-entry general ledger with Xero and QuickBooks sync, the Digital Clubhouse member app and staff scheduling, on one bill.
- UK cards from 1.5% + 20p, paid straight into the club's own account. Your tee times are never traded.
