Member CRM with the Digital Clubhouse built in

A 360° member CRM with family linking, automated billing, and a Digital Clubhouse portal. Course Records, the Honours Board, season standings, awards, and a real community feed. Built for private clubs, country clubs, and any operation running a membership program.

Member retention is the hardest problem in golf. Most clubs lose 10 to 15 percent of their roster every year, often to platform-related friction: the booking system was clunky, the statements were confusing, the member portal was just a placeholder. Links Meridian was built around the member experience. The platform has the operational depth a private club needs, but the surface members touch is where the work went.

The member CRM holds 360° profiles: full booking history, F&B charges, pro shop purchases, lessons, tournaments, handicap index, family relationships, and a communications log of every call, email, and note. Family accounts let parents and children share a single household statement while keeping individual booking records. Membership types, tiers, and dues are fully configurable. Billing runs on a schedule with auto-pay, ACH, and card processing through Stripe.

The Digital Clubhouse is the largest differentiator versus every competitor platform. Members log in to see Course Records: closest to the pin, lowest round, eagles, albatrosses. They check the Honours Board for past captains, presidents, and championship winners. They follow season standings, earn awards and badges, and post in the community feed. They register for tournaments, pay statements, book tee times, find a fourth with the buddy list and Looking for Game, and order from the F&B menu, all in one place. It feels like a club, not a booking widget.

Questions

Common questions

How does family billing work?

Link family members to a household. Each individual has their own profile, booking access, and activity record, but billing rolls up to the household statement. You can also configure shared budgets, sub-account limits, and per-member spend tracking.

Do you integrate with national handicap systems?

Yes. We calculate a WHS handicap index for every member from their posted scores (best 8 of 20), with index trends and automatic flighting for competitions, and we sync with the national bodies (WHS / CONGU / Golf Ireland / GHIN) so qualifying scores post through to the national handicapping record and member indexes stay current.

Can members pay dues by ACH instead of card?

Yes. ACH, credit card, and manual check payments are all supported through Stripe. Auto-pay can be set up for any payment method.

What about reciprocal play with other clubs?

We support reciprocal arrangements where members from partner clubs can book tee times at your course (and vice versa) with the right billing rules. Multi-course portfolios on the Portfolio plan get cross-property booking and member sharing built in.

How long does member migration take?

Most clubs migrate member data in two to four weeks. We import profiles, family relationships, dues schedules, statements, and historical activity. The 30-day free trial does not start until you go live, so the migration window does not eat into your evaluation period.
