The pro shop POS with gift cards and inventory and the F&B POS with floor plans and a kitchen display come with Professional at $749 a month, on the same member record as the tee sheet, member billing and a double-entry ledger. Members charge to their account at either till, member prices apply at the register, and the POS runs in any phone or tablet browser and fires orders to the kitchen display. Card payments run at standard published rates, paid straight into the club's own account and itemised on every payout.
QuickBooks Online sync sends the day's trading every night at the hour you pick, or on demand, as one balanced journal or as individual invoices and payments. Data migration is free on every plan, and your current tills stay live until you sign off.
