Golf club management software for UK clubs
Links Meridian is the all-in-one platform UK golf clubs use to run the tee sheet, members, pro shop, F&B, accounting and the member app from one login. One system to replace BRS Golf and the bolt-ons stacked around it, with everything included at one price.
UK golf clubs have lived with BRS Golf and a handful of legacy alternatives for years. The booking widget works, but the rest of the operation runs on separate vendors: a POS that does not integrate, accounting in QuickBooks or Xero, marketing in a separate email tool, a member portal nobody logs into. The bill grows. The data does not connect. Member retention suffers.
Links Meridian replaces the lot. One platform, one login. The tee sheet is visual and updates in real time. The pro shop and clubhouse run on the same POS. Accounting handles GL, AP and AR with VAT built in for inclusive or exclusive pricing. The Digital Clubhouse gives members an app worth opening, with Course Records, the Honours Board, season standings and a real club feed. Tournament management handles every format your competitions secretary throws at it.
We are headquartered in Northern Ireland and know UK club operations: members' clubs and proprietary clubs, links and parkland, England Golf, Scottish Golf and Wales Golf affiliations, the CONGU handicap tradition, the way frost delays work in these islands. Multi-currency handles touring members and cross-border clubs. The 30-day free trial does not start until you go live, so the migration window never eats into your evaluation.
The outcome for your club
One platform, not five
Tee sheet, member CRM, POS, accounting, marketing and tournaments in a single system. One login, one bill, and data that connects instead of living in five separate tools.
Built for UK club types
Members' clubs, proprietary clubs and hybrid models. Country clubs and city centres. Links with frost delays, parkland with buggy paths. Configured to whichever you run.
A member app they'll actually open
The Digital Clubhouse brings booking, the Honours Board, Course Records, season standings and a club feed into one place. The social side no other UK platform offers.
GBP and VAT, handled correctly
Inclusive or exclusive VAT display, the 20% standard rate and reduced rates for specific categories. VAT returns export to your accountant cleanly.
WHS scoring and home-union sync built in
World Handicap System scoring is built in for competitions and casual play, with direct index sync to the home unions so qualifying scores flow through to the national handicapping record and member indexes stay current.
Built in Northern Ireland, UK

What's included
Common questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing is published, with plans from $79 per month billed annually and everything in the tier included, no per-module fees. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required, and the trial does not start until you go live, so migration never eats into your evaluation.
Can we migrate from BRS Golf?
Yes. We migrate member records, tee-sheet history, future bookings and member preferences free of charge, and run both systems in parallel during cutover so members never see a disruption. Most clubs are fully live within two to four weeks.
How does VAT work in Links Meridian?
VAT is configured at club setup. You choose inclusive or exclusive display, set the standard 20% rate, and add reduced or zero rates for specific item categories. Every transaction posts the VAT line automatically, and VAT returns export to your accountant in the format they expect.
Does it handle WHS handicaps?
Yes. World Handicap System scoring is built in for competitions and casual play, with direct index sync to the home unions (England Golf, Scottish Golf, Wales Golf). Qualifying scores flow through to the national handicapping record and member indexes stay current automatically.
Does it support reciprocal play with other UK clubs?
Yes. Reciprocal arrangements with partner clubs are supported, with the right billing rules and member access. Common in members' clubs and proprietary clubs alike.
What about Northern Ireland clubs operating in GBP and EUR?
Multi-currency is built in. NI clubs that want to accept EUR from Republic of Ireland members can do so, with FX handled automatically and reporting in either base or transaction currency.
