Golf club management software for Canadian clubs

Links Meridian is the all-in-one platform Canadian golf clubs use to run the tee sheet, members, POS, accounting and the member app from one login. Built for a short Canadian season and priced in CAD, it replaces the US-built tee sheet and the bolt-ons stacked around it.

Canadian golf runs on a tighter calendar than most markets. The season is shorter, the weather is more volatile, and frost delays are part of the operating reality. Most platforms clubs run on were built for year-round US daily-fee operations and never quite fit the seasonal rhythm. Links Meridian treats frost delays, season-pass billing and shoulder-season operations as primary workflows.

It puts the whole operation in one place. The visual tee sheet, a POS for pro shop and F&B, full GL, AP and AR, marketing and the Digital Clubhouse member app, all on one login and one bill. CAD is the base currency, and GST, HST, QST and PST are handled with provincial breakdowns for clubs across Ontario, Quebec, BC and Alberta. Stripe processes payments in CAD with Interac support.

The Digital Clubhouse keeps members engaged through the season and into the winter, when they review Course Records, register early for next season's events and stay connected to the club. Member CRM supports the season-pass model that dominates Canadian private and semi-private clubs, with prorated dues, pause and resume for the off-season, and family billing. PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 are both supported.

Why it matters

The outcome for your club

One platform, not five

Tee sheet, member CRM, POS, accounting, marketing and tournaments in a single CAD-native system. One login, one bill, and data that connects instead of a US tee sheet bolted to separate tools.

Built for the Canadian season

Frost delays as a one-click workflow. Season-pass billing with pause and resume. Shoulder-season pricing rules tuned to a short calendar.

A member app they'll actually open

The Digital Clubhouse brings booking, Course Records, the Honours Board, early event registration and a club feed into one place that stays active through the winter.

CAD and GST/HST/QST/PST

CAD base currency, federal GST plus provincial tax: HST in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, QST in Quebec, PST in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and BC.

Bilingual ready

The member portal supports English and French. Custom branding lets you run a French-only or bilingual site for Quebec clubs, including emails and statements.

PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25

Canadian privacy compliance built in, with data residency options on Enterprise and Portfolio, and Quebec Law 25 requirements supported.

Questions

Common questions

How much does it cost?

Pricing is published, with plans from $79 per month billed annually and everything in the tier included, no per-module fees. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required, and the trial does not start until you go live, so migration never eats into your evaluation.

Does it handle Canadian sales tax across provinces?

Yes. GST, HST, QST and PST are all supported with provincial breakdowns. Tax lines post automatically on every transaction, and reports break down by jurisdiction for federal and provincial filings.

Can we run a French-only or bilingual portal for our Quebec members?

Yes. The member portal supports English and French. You can run a French-only experience for Quebec clubs or a bilingual setup, and member-facing emails, statements and notifications all support both languages.

How are season passes handled?

Season-pass billing supports prorated dues, pause and resume for the off-season, family billing and tier upgrades mid-season. Common across Canadian private and semi-private clubs.

What about frost delays?

Push the start time forward by a chosen interval and the entire tee sheet shifts cleanly. Members are auto-notified by email and SMS, with no manual rebooking.

Is data hosted in Canada?

Data residency options are available on Enterprise and Portfolio tiers. Talk to us about Canadian-specific hosting if it is a procurement requirement.
