For golf resorts

Multi-course resort management, in one platform

Multi-course tee sheets that share a member roster. Group bookings and golf-and-stay packages that flow through to your PMS. F&B with charge-to-room. Cross-property booking, multi-currency reporting, and consolidated accounting. Built for destination resorts and multi-course portfolios.

Resorts run a different operation. Two courses, sometimes three or four. A pro shop on each property. Multiple dining outlets. Group sales for corporate outings, weddings, and stay-and-play packages. A PMS for the rooms. A tee sheet that has to know about all of it. Most platforms were built for a single course and stretched, awkwardly, to handle the rest.

Links Meridian was designed multi-property from the start. Courses share a single member roster, so a member booking the championship course on Saturday and the par-3 on Sunday is one customer, not two records. Group bookings, packages, and golf-and-stay rates roll up to revenue management cleanly. Cross-property F&B charging, gift cards, and loyalty all work without manual reconciliation between properties.

Underneath, multi-currency and multi-tax handling supports international destination resorts with guests from a dozen countries. Daily reconciliation runs against each property's bank feed. Reporting consolidates by property or rolls up to portfolio level. The Portfolio tier includes a dedicated customer success manager and white-glove migration so the cutover does not disrupt a peak season.

Questions

Common questions

Does the platform integrate with our PMS?

Yes. We have a public REST API and webhook system. The Portfolio tier includes a dedicated customer success manager who works with your PMS vendor on the integration. We currently support cloud-native PMS systems via direct API integration. Legacy PMS platforms typically integrate via export schedules.

How does cross-property charge-to-room work?

Each property's POS, F&B, and pro shop can charge to a guest folio in your PMS. Charges post in real time and reconcile against the property and the room. Gift cards and loyalty rewards work across every outlet on every property.

Can we run different pricing models per course?

Yes. Each course has its own pricing rules, member access tiers, restrictions, and operating hours. A daily-fee public course and a private members-only course can run on the same Links Meridian instance with separate rule sets.

What about international guests with foreign currencies?

Each property operates in a base currency configured at setup. Bookings and charges in foreign currencies convert at real-time exchange rates with FX gain/loss posting automatically. Guest receipts can be issued in transaction currency or base currency.

How long does a resort migration take?

Most resort portfolios go live within four to eight weeks. We migrate property-by-property to limit risk, with parallel running during each cutover. The Portfolio tier includes a dedicated CSM who manages the entire migration on your behalf.
