Common questions
Does Links Meridian integrate with QuickBooks Online and Xero?
Yes. Both are live. Links Meridian includes its own general ledger, AP, and AR, and sends QuickBooks Online or Xero a balanced journal for each day, or individual invoices, bills and payments, every night at the hour the club picks or on demand, so nothing has to be re-keyed on the other side. The sync runs from Links Meridian to your accounting package and comes with Professional.
Can it post handicaps to national federations like Golf Ireland or GHIN?
World Handicap System scoring is built in: course and playing handicaps, allowances by format, and stroke allocation all calculate to the WHS standard, and members see a WHS-style index and trend in the portal. Official two-way sync with the national federations is not live yet. The integration is written and Golf Ireland is our first federation, but posting to a national record requires a licence from each governing body. We will mark it Live here the day ours is granted, and not before.
Which payment processors are supported?
Card payments are live for online cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with card readers for in-person chip and contactless and payout routing for multi-entity accounts. Card payments run at standard published rates, paid into the club's own account and itemised on every payout. GoCardless direct debit is on the roadmap.
Is there an API?
Yes, on Enterprise. A read-only REST API with club-issued API keys covers courses, tee times, bookings, members, events and daily sales, and signed webhooks announce new and changed bookings, member changes, POS sales and gift card sales. Standard-format export is available on every plan.
Do you mark integrations as 'coming soon' to look bigger?
No. Every item here carries an honest status. Live means it is shipping today; Roadmap means it is planned and labelled as such. We would rather show a smaller, accurate list than overstate what is built.
