Golf club management software for US courses
Links Meridian is the all-in-one platform US golf operations use to run the tee sheet, POS, accounting, marketing and the member app from one login. Daily-fee, private, municipal or resort, on a single system with everything included instead of a stack of per-module vendors.
The US golf software market is fragmented. ForeUP for daily-fee. Jonas for private. Lightspeed for retail-heavy operations. GolfNow for clubs willing to trade tee times for software. Each solves a piece of the operation; none solve the whole thing without expensive integration work and per-module pricing that adds up fast.
Links Meridian gives US courses a single platform with everything included. The tee sheet handles daily-fee and private-club workflows on the same engine. The POS supports pro shop and F&B with kitchen routing and table service. Full GL, AP and AR are built in, with sales-tax handling for the multi-jurisdiction reality of US operations. Marketing automation, AI content and the Digital Clubhouse member app are included in every plan.
For private clubs running on Jonas, we deliver the same operational depth in a modern, mobile-first interface at lower total cost. For daily-fee courses on ForeUP, we replace the patchwork of marketing, accounting and member tools you have bolted on around the booking core. For clubs trading tee times with GolfNow, we give you a flat monthly fee and 100% of your inventory back.
The outcome for your club
One platform, not five
Tee sheet, member CRM, POS, accounting, marketing and tournaments in a single system. Everything included, no per-module fees, and data that connects instead of sitting in separate vendors.
Daily-fee and private, one platform
The tee sheet handles both on the same engine. A course running daily-fee with a paid membership program does not need two systems.
A member app they'll actually open
The Digital Clubhouse brings booking, Course Records, the Honours Board, events and a club feed into one place. The social side legacy US vendors do not offer.
USD and multi-state sales tax
USD base currency and multi-jurisdiction sales-tax handling for operating across state and county lines, with exemption certificates tracked on member records.
Stripe with full US payment support
Apple Pay, Google Pay, chip-and-pin and ACH for member dues. PCI Level 1 via Stripe, with no card data stored in our systems.
WHS scoring and GHIN sync built in
World Handicap System scoring is built in for tournaments and casual play, with direct GHIN sync so qualifying scores post to the handicap record and member indexes stay current.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
Pricing is published, with plans from $79 per month billed annually and everything in the tier included, no per-module fees. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required, and the trial does not start until you go live, so migration never eats into your evaluation.
How does multi-state sales tax work?
Each course is configured with a tax jurisdiction at setup, and multi-state operators can run several jurisdictions with separate rules. Exemption certificates are tracked on member and customer records, and reports break down by jurisdiction for state filings.
We are on ForeUP. What is the migration like?
We export your ForeUP data: members, customers, tee-sheet history, POS inventory, gift card balances and transaction records. We import to Links Meridian and run both systems in parallel during cutover. Most courses go live within two to four weeks. See our ForeUP alternative page for details.
Does it post handicaps to GHIN?
Yes. World Handicap System scoring is built in for tournaments and casual play, with direct GHIN sync so qualifying scores post automatically to USGA-approved services and member indexes stay current.
What about California and the CCPA/CPRA?
California compliance is built in: data subject access requests, deletion, opt-out of sale and opt-out of profiling are all handled, and the Privacy Policy includes the disclosures California requires. The same applies to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana.
Can we run a private club and a daily-fee course on one instance?
Yes. Both workflows run on the same tee sheet engine with separate rules, pricing, restrictions and member tiers. Common at hybrid operations and multi-course portfolios.
