Headline yes, all-in usually no. The intelligentgolf micro tier at £90/yr is restricted to clubs under 100 members. The full version is quote-only. By the time a real 500 to 1,000 member private club adds EPOS, website hosting, IGPay processing, and WHS pass-through, the all-in cost sits at £7,500 to £10,000 a year. Our Professional plan is in that range with no per-module pricing and the unified POS, accounting, AI marketing, and Digital Clubhouse included as standard.

Custom domain hosting so the member-facing site is your brand, not the vendor's. And bookable amenities, so members reserve golf simulators, courts, coaching, and function rooms the same way they book a tee time, with equipment rental built in. intelligentgolf is tee sheet and handicap only.

The published prices (intelligentgolf micro at £90/yr, ClubV1 Entry at £600/yr) are software-only at restricted tiers: micro is capped at 100 members, Entry doesn't include EPOS or website. A real 500-1,000 member private club running the full stack (EPOS, competitions, online booking, website, payment processing) typically pays £7,500-£10,000/yr to either vendor once modules, WHS pass-through, and ClearAccept card fees are factored in. Our Professional plan is in the same range with the operational stack included rather than priced as separate modules.

How does BRS Payments compare on card processing?

BRS Payments charges 2.9% + £0.05 domestic and 4.9% + £0.05 international (per their public help docs). ClearAccept (used by intelligentgolf and ClubV1) is 1.4% + 20p e-commerce and 0.9% POS plus VAT. The spread on a typical £550K of card throughput is £8,000-£12,000 per year. Switching off BRS Payments alone can pay for our entire Professional subscription.
