ClubV1 Ultimate at £1,300/yr is software-only. It does not include EPOS, website hosting (£495/yr), or payment processing. Once you add the modules a real 500 to 1,000 member club actually needs, the all-in figure is £7,500 to £8,500 a year. Our Professional plan sits in that range with no add-on modules to manage and the full operational stack built in: tee sheet, EPOS, accounting, member portal, marketing, and tournaments.

Built-in accounting with VAT handling. Tournament management for every format your competitions secretary runs. Custom domain hosting for a member-facing site that is your brand, not the vendor's. And bookable amenities: golf simulators, courts, coaching, and function rooms booked like a tee time, plus equipment rental. ClubV1 does not touch facility booking beyond the course.

I'm on BRS Golf / GolfNow. Will I lose my booking data?

No. We import your full tee sheet history, member profiles, future reservations, and all associated data. Nothing is lost in the transition. Your members can continue booking without interruption.

Zero downtime. We run both systems in parallel during the migration period. Your old system stays live until you're fully confident in Links Meridian. You choose when to switch over.

The published prices (intelligentgolf micro at £90/yr, ClubV1 Entry at £600/yr) are software-only at restricted tiers: micro is capped at 100 members, Entry doesn't include EPOS or website. A real 500-1,000 member private club running the full stack (EPOS, competitions, online booking, website, payment processing) typically pays £7,500-£10,000/yr to either vendor once modules, WHS pass-through, and ClearAccept card fees are factored in. Our Professional plan is in the same range with the operational stack included rather than priced as separate modules.

How does BRS Payments compare on card processing?

BRS Payments charges 2.9% + £0.05 domestic and 4.9% + £0.05 international (per their public help docs). ClearAccept (used by intelligentgolf and ClubV1) is 1.4% + 20p e-commerce and 0.9% POS plus VAT. The spread on a typical £550K of card throughput is £8,000-£12,000 per year. Switching off BRS Payments alone can pay for our entire Professional subscription.
