Check the notice period on your BRS Payments agreement before you fix a go-live date, because that contract is separate from the booking software. When the team is confident, you cut over on a quiet weekday, having already reconciled what landed against your BRS export.

Golfers pay for the HowDidiDo app themselves: a yearly fee of £2.99, or £9.99 ad-free (App Store, checked 10 October 2026). Links Meridian's Professional plan publishes its price and puts the tee sheet, EPOS, accounting, competitions and the member app on one bill, with no per-module fees.
